This PowerMax upgrade turbocharger has a lightweight forged and fully machined billet compressor wheel which has increase air flow by 20% over the OE wheel. With the correct engine calibration and supporting modifications, this enables the engine to be tuned up to 172kW from OE standard 147kW.

The Garrett direct fit performance charge air cooler boasts a 218% larger core that helps reduce intake manifold temperatures by an average of 32 °C based on test data. Optimized end tanks improve air flow through the core.

Oil feed pipe supplies engine oil from the engine block directly to the turbo's bearing system, securing lubrication and cooling for the turbo shaft. 

When performing a major repair on a vehicle's turbocharger, the oil feed pipe must be kept in perfect condition to ensure good lubrication of the turbocharger, it is necessary to maintain a constant and adequate flow of lubricant.

We recommend fitting a new oil feed pipe when replacing or refitting a turbo.
